I’ve been passionate about staying active for more than 30 years. Movement has always been a core part of my life, and over time that passion has evolved into a desire to help others discover what being active can do for them. 

Whether it’s strength, confidence, or overall well-being, I enjoy guiding people toward the type of movement that helps them reach their personal goals.

 

Over the past three years, I’ve immersed myself in CrossFit and quickly fell in love—not just with the program, but with the community behind it. CrossFit has pushed me beyond what I thought was possible and has made me stronger, more capable, and more resilient in my 40s than I ever was in my 20s.

This new passion has inspired me to help others experience that same transformation. No matter where someone is in their fitness journey, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their abilities.

 

I welcome opportunities to coach both group classes and individuals, and I’m committed to helping others build a sustainable, rewarding relationship with fitness.
